Hate Story IV (2018) Story:
Two brothers- Rajveer (Karan Wahi) and Aryan (Vivan Bhatena) fall in love with the same girl named as Tasha (Urvashi Rautela). Tasha wants to become a big model. Rajveer and Aryan fight for her. But, there is a twist. What is this twist? Who is Tasha? To know answers, you have to watch Hate Story IV.
Songs are ok. The remixed version of ‘Aashiq Banaya Aapne’ is differently created. Urvashi Rautela looks beautiful. The cinematography is impressive.
The location sets and artists are presented in a stylized manner.
There is nothing new in the story. It seems makers have combined previous three installations of Hate Story in this movie.
Two Heroes, skin show, bold scenes, murder, suspense, revenge drama, etc. all ingredients fall into place, which is required to make a Hate Story. However, makers fail to entertain due to the weak script. If the screenplay was as gripping as it was, then it would have been fun to watch the movie.
There is so much melodrama in this erotic thriller so that you will get bored. The characters of the film have not been written properly. The plan made for taking revenge is ridiculous. Tasha’s character is more confusing.
The story becomes predictable at one point. However, there are a few good twists and turns in the second half; we already have a guess about them. So, the sudden emergence of events does not shock us.
The direction is also weak. He has tried to shock the audience, but the audience already knows that what is going to happen next. He could not create thrills in the film and put logic at aside.
Dialogues are cheesy and funny. You will laugh so much to hear dialogues in this erotic thriller.
Talking about performances, Urvashi Rautela unimpressive in the acting department. Karan Wahi looks expressionless at some scenes. Vivan Bhatena always looks angry on the screen. Even he shows anger in romantic scenes, and that looks very funny!
Gulshan Grover is ok. Ihana Dillhon has done the decent job in the movie.
Is This Movie Worth to Watch?
No. Too many reasons to hate this movie! The skin show of two heroines can’t save this predictable movie.
